Trial Period and Charges
You have 10 minutes of free use. After that, the price is โฌ2.99 per 30 minutes. Charges continue automatically every 30 minutes until the power bank is recorded as returned in our system.Responsibility for Return
It is your responsibility to return the power bank as soon as youโve finished using it. Keeping it longer than necessary or returning it the next day may result in additional charges.Device Not Returned Within 24 Hours
If the power bank is not returned within 24 hours from the start of the rental, it will be considered lost and a โฌ50 replacement fee will be charged in addition to the accumulated rental fees.No Refunds if Usage Matches Our System
If our system records show that you used the device for the duration charged, no refund will be issued. If you believe there has been an error, follow our dispute process (see section 6).Transparency and Evidence
We keep detailed records of each rental, including start time, every 30-minute interval, and return time, along with screenshots of the machine interface, promotional videos, and photos of the rental point.Dispute Process
If you wish to dispute a charge, please email customerservice@bottomsupbenidorm.com within 14 days of the charge, including your rental ID. We will review our system logs and notify you of our decision.Applicable Legal Framework
Under the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and EU Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms, contract terms must be clear, understandable, and not create a significant imbalance between consumer and business rights.

โ ๏ธ Important Notice โ Continuous Charging Policy When you rent a power bank, you receive 10 minutes free to test the device. After this period, a charge of โฌ2.99 applies for every 30 minutes until the power bank is returned to one of our stations. Charges are applied automatically every 30 minutes. If the device is not returned within 24 hours, it will be considered lost, and a replacement fee of โฌ50 will be charged in addition to any rental fees already incurred. No refunds will be issued if our system records match the charges applied. All prices and rental terms are clearly displayed on the device, on our website, and at the rental point.
